Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic and because the safety of our customer is our responsibility, we are temporarily suspending returns or exchanges of everything!

Return Policy!!!

-Merchandise has 5-7 days for exchange from the day the buyer receives the package.

- No money back, only credit to use in the store.

- The cost of returned merchandise (shipping), must be covered by the buyer.

- SALE Merchandise don’t have change.

-You have 30 days to use the credit in the store, after this period of time, the credit expires.

- The buyer must present the correct shipping address, we are not responsible for placing the wrong addresses provided.

- We are not responsible for lost packages, for this reason we request the email to send you the tracking number and for you to track the package.

- We are not responsible for broken packages, since the store is responsible for taking all the necessary measures so that your shipments leave in perfect condition.

- The bathing suits have no change, for hygiene.
